Home Loans are also provided by the organizations mentioned above. We play an assistant role with Blueprints, Build Packages and Registrations at the NHBRC.
We provide assistance in private validating of your residential or business property.
BRIDGING CAPITAL
ABSA provide a service where they provide bridging capital after your bond was approved and send to the legal representatives. 80% of the loan is paid out before the transaction is processed by the Deeds Registry.
SERVICE
We aim to give you the best rates! Banks compete amongst themselves to gain and keep customers; we negotiate with all the Banks to find you a Bank willing to beat the others rates on long term commitments.
